Day 2: Rome
Breakfast at the Hotel. Suggested visits: the Colosseum,
the most important symbol of the Ancient Rome, the Roman
and Imperial Forums, fulcrum of the social and political
roman life, the Pantheon, where the tombs of Raffaello
are preserved, Saint Peters Basilica, which faces
the homonymous Square, and the Vatican Museums. Overnight
in Rome.
Day 3: Rome
Breakfast at the Hotel. Suggested visits: the Trevi Fountain,
which became famous thanks to the night bath of
Anita Ekberg in the Fellini movie La dolce vita,
the Barcaccia Fountain, in front of Trinità
dei Monti Church, Piazza Navona and Piazza di Spagna,
Villa Borghese, one of the biggest parks of Rome. Take
time for some shopping: we suggest you to begin your shopping
from Via Condotti, then Via Veneto and Via
del Corso, where you can find the most renowned brands.
Overnight in Rome.
Day 4: Rome Siena Florence
Breakfast at the Hotel. Transfer by train from Rome to Florence.
During the transfer from Rome to Florence, possibility to
stop in Siena, one of Italy' s most beautiful cities situated
in the heart of Tuscany, famous for the Palio,
the most popular Italian horse race which takes place every
year in Piazza del Campo. Arrival and overnight in
Florence.
Day 5: Florence
Breakfast at the Hotel. Suggested visits: Have a walk along
the Arno River or through the enchanting Boboli Gardens,
a historical Park of the city which is a real open-air museum
enriched with wonderful sculptures. Visit the marvellous Pitti
Palace, once residence of the grand dukes of Tuscany and
the King of Italy, and now hosts several important collection,
paintings and sculpture, works of art, porcelain and costume
gallery. Overnight in Florence.
Day 6: Florence
Breakfast at the Hotel. Suggested visits: Visit Piazza
della Signoria, a square just in front of Palazzo Vecchio,
which is the town hall of the city, the Uffizi Gallery,
one of the oldest and most famous art museums in the world,
which keeps masterpieces of Giotto, Leonardo, Botticelli,
Michelangelo, Raffaello. Overnight in Florence.
Day 7: Florence Pisa Cinque terre (Monterosso)
Breakfast at the Hotel. Transfer by train from Florence to
Cinque Terre (Monterosso). During your transfer to Cinque
Terre you can stop in Pisa, the city famous for its the leaning
tower; visit Piazza dei Miracoli, with the tower,
the Baptistery and the Cathedral. Continue your
trip to Cinque Terre. Overnight in Monterosso.
Day 8: Cinque terre
Breakfast at the Hotel. Suggested visits: Riomaggiore, Corniglia,
Manarola, Vernazza, Monterosso, the five towns that form Cinque
Terre. This area offers not only enchanting beaches
between cliffs and clear waters, but also footpaths with take
breathing views, churches, oratories and old castles. You
can have a walk along the Lovers path from
Manarola to Riomaggiore, a very suggestive pedestrian street,
with beautiful landscapes. Overnight in Monterosso.
Day 9: Cinque terre Milan
Breakfast at the Hotel. Transfer by train from Monterosso
to Milano.
Suggested visits: Spend a relaxing afternoon making some
shopping in the most prestigious boutiques located in Galleria
Vittorio Emanuele II, Montenapoleone Street, Buenos
Aires Street and Brera Street. Overnight in Milan.
Day 10: Milan
Breakfast at the Hotel. Suggested visits: Cathedral of
Milan, a magnificent gothic Church, the La Scala Theatre,
where the greatest music artists have taken part, and the
Sforzesco Castle with its luxuriant gardens. Overnight
in Milan.
Day 11: Milan (Departure)
Breakfast at the Hotel. Private transfer by car from the
Hotel to the airport for departure or possibility to extend
your trip in Italy or Europe.
